I have found when opening a the DeployWiz_Definition_ENU.xml from a MDT 2012 beta install that it crashed the Wizard Editor application.   

Seems to be able to open other xml's in the Scripts directory and read them correctly, it only crashes on DeployWiz_Definition_ENU.xml.
